How a Contract Processor Works...

Within 24 hours of receipt of your loan package, the contract mortgage processor will input your loan into their mortgage loan processing system. The contract mortgage processors will then review the loan file within 24 - 48 hours of receipt, and will notify you of any required items via email or fax.

All required 3rd party documents will be ordered - once documents are received, the processor will submit the loan package to the lender of your choice. Originating loan officer is typically responsible for choice of lender, program and locking rate.

The contract processor will then hold an 15 minute orientation call to outline expectations between you and the contract mortgage processors. From here, quality control standards are among the highest in the contract mortgage processor industry because oftentimes it it the processor's job on the line. Personal standards are even higher. The goal is always to deliver timely and accurate processing to ensure each client has trouble-free underwriting and closings. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to a dedicated contract mortgage processor.
